ANALYTICS

Looking at analytics, meet day recaps always have the highest engagement numbers. Photos also always have higher engagement numbers than just posts that are fully graphic based.

The post above has the highest engagement (based on likes) compared to any other post from the 2025-26 school year.

The post to the left, which combines photos and graphics, has significantly higher engagements than other posts that are fully graphic based.

BRAND GUIDELINES

The new guidelines will focus on keeping things photo-heavy while also being bold and fun. There will be a primary and secondary font and a light and dark red (both pulled from the logo), which will keep things consistent.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Under these new guidelines, the social media will focus on highlighting a diverse range of people will increasing engagement. A few new pieces of content that will be utilized are:

  • Highlights of swimmers over school breaks

  • Meet Day Announcements

  • Pre-meet videos

Then, stories will also be a tool to showcase snippets of practice, meet day takeovers, and highlights of social.
